“I’m a take action kind of guy. If I were heading up these investigations, I’d take drastic steps immediately and the trafficking would STOP. Seriously, the people would make it stop.” He spoke with an intensity that caught my attention.
Another Amber Child Abduction Alert had buzzed through on five of the phones in the room, the sixth phone was a delayed response for nearly five minutes. But the alarms set each of us into action. Looking first at the description, to see if it was anyone we knew, if it was anywhere close to us, if there was anything we could do about the alert that had just been announced.
It was 100 miles away, chances were good that by the time we were alerted to the event, the vehicle was out of our range, even if it came our way.
“With that announcement going out, all it does is alert the abductor that he’s been found out. If he’s still driving the same car, make a switch fast, and get off the main roads.” His logic was solid. There was no hesitation, he followed that thought with more… “The first thing they should do is immediately stop all traffic from leaving the city, the state, nothing should be moving. All traffic should be at a complete standstill until that child is found.”
Everyone in the room paused…
“It would put everyone on absolute alert. The kidnapper, or abductor would be working to get out, so you’d see the only vehicle moving, at least any that are moving, would be highly suspect.”
What’s the benefit of Snap Action?
Within minutes of an abduction, all traffic at the borders of the city/state stop. Nobody leaves by highway, side roads, etc. Planes leaving the state are grounded indefinitely.
National Guard, and all police departments are on IMMEDIATE high alert, under order to “Use Lethal Force if necessary, STOP the abductor.”
All drug activity, theft, robbery, or other connected crimes to the abduction are charged as accessories to the abduction and prosecuted to full extent of the law.
Because MOBILITY of the population CEASES everyone is searching for the ABDUCTOR and action becomes immediate. Urgent action is set forth by every member of society, because we AS PEOPLE have places to go, people to see. The abductor becomes the object of a man hunt that doesn’t end until he’s found, dead or alive and the child is returned home.
With every action there is a reaction.
Consequences will Matter to Everyone!
With this kind of magnanimous cost and action, there will be consequences. The abductor loses everything, immediately. House, vehicles, any money in the bank belonging to this person goes to pay the costs of such action. No further benefits are allowed to this person. All rights are gone. His income, if he’s ever allowed to make an income in the future are taken to pay off the costs of the manhunt to find him.
If he survives being found, his life no longer belongs to him, he spends his time paying off the debt he’s created to society.
His name ceases to exist and he becomes a number. The number of the debt he owes to society. Every function he has is directed toward paying off his debt.
Sex Trafficking MUST Stop.
I get it, there are those who will argue that the abductor isn’t the primary problem, but rather a symptom of the problem. If there were no abductors, there would be no abductions.
Is this harsh?
Have you ever been a victim of sex trafficking? Forced to have sex against your will? Forced to use your body to please those you abhor? Forced to allow others to touch you in ways you don’t approve, don’t want to be touched?
Sex Trafficking MUST stop. Those who perpetuate the problem must be stopped in their tracks.
There have been too many children lost to this horrible action. It’s time to end the problem. Stop the people who are abducting children. At this point, there is no easy way to stop the problem. Only absolute force will end it. It’s time we take absolute force against those who traffic children for sex purposes.
